Cold weather in Mumbai city and suburbs still persists. Matheran and Mumbai recorded minimum temperatures of 14.2 and 16.9 degrees Celsius respectively on Friday. 

Cold winds are blowing in Mumbai especially at night and in the afternoon, till January 23, the minimum morning temperature in Mumbai and Konkan will be 14 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature in the afternoon will be 26 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature rise in South Konkan is going to be a degree higher. Till January 23, the minimum temperature in the morning will be 10-12 degrees and the maximum temperature in the afternoon will be 26 degrees in the districts of Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgaon, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Pune, Uttar Satara, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna.

In the remaining districts of Vidarbha and Marathwada, the minimum temperature in the morning will be 14-16 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature in the afternoon will be 28 degree Celsius till January 23.

Till January 25 in Vidarbha, there will be cloudy weather and the cold will reduce somewhat. A meteorological expert informed that there is a possibility of minor rain in very rare places.
