The Pune airport officials are planning to start a bus service for passengers to travel from Pune airport to Aeromall.

Speaking to Pune Pulse, Santosh Dhoke, Director, Pune Airport said, “The bus service from Pune airport to Aeromall is being planned by the Pune airport. However, currently, it is in the planning stage. Hence, all details about the bus service will be announced once the planning is done.”

As per further information, the director of Pune Airport assured travelers that in order to reduce disruptions for travelers, a thorough entry-exit plan for the new terminal building is being developed.

With two arrival gates for better operational efficiency, Pune Airport’s much awaited new terminal building is scheduled to open for business by late February or early March.

To enable easier passenger movement, the path from the arrival area to Aeromall will also be widened. The airport also intends to increase the number of carts—to ten—that are used to transport travelers from the arrival area to Aeromall.

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is building a road to connect the terminal building to Viman Nagar in an effort to improve connectivity even more.
