Weather Update: Medium to high clouds are likely to remain over Maharashtra on 13th Feb

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that medium to high number of clouds might be in the skies today (13^th February).

As per further information shared by IMD “Medium/high clouds over Maharashtra. Very light rain likely in isolated areas of the north-east part of our state.”

The X handle of Dr Anupam Kashyapi, Head, Weather Forecasting Division, IMD Pune, says “A trough extends from SIK to Vidarbha. lsol to scat light/mod rain with thunder/lightning & strong gusty winds very likely over Vidarbha. Isol Hailstorm likely over Vidarbha in dists viz Amravati, Nagpur, Yavatmal, Wardha. No rain chance in Pune District.”

As per further information from the X handle of Dr Anupam Kashyapi, from 14^th February to 17^th February:

·         Konkan – Goa – Weather likely to remain dry.

·         Madhya Maharashtra – Weather likely to remain dry.

·         Marathwada – Weather likely to remain dry.

·         Vidarbha – Weather likely to remain dry.

·         Pune District – Clear sky predicted to be there.
