Pune: The OnePlus 12 is set to launch earlier than initially anticipated in India. While the flagship phone is scheduled to make its debut in China on December 5, the company has indirectly confirmed that it will also be launching in India.

This confirmation comes from the fact that the next-generation OnePlus phone is currently listed on the official OnePlus website, accompanied by a contest notice, indicating that the device will be launched in the near future.

It is currently unclear when the OnePlus 12 will be released, but rumours indicate that it may become available in India in January of next year. If this is accurate, OnePlus will likely begin promoting the India launch shortly after the phone’s release in China. Additionally, the official listing for the OnePlus 12 provides insight into the phone’s design.

The quad camera system at the rear of the device will be supported by Hasselblad, showcasing OnePlus’ commitment to photography. Although the design appears to be reminiscent of its predecessor, OnePlus has made some cosmetic alterations.

The smartphone showcases a BOE ProXDR screen with an impressive 2K resolution and a peak brightness of 2,600nits. Furthermore, it has received an A+ certification from DisplayMate, signifying its exceptional display quality. The device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

The upcoming OnePlus 12 smartphone will feature an advanced X-axis motor, ensuring seamless integration.
