Pedestrian skywalk to be relocated; Vishrantwadi chowk to get new flyover

Pune : The decision has been made to move the pedestrian SkyWalk from its current location at Vishrantwadi Chowk on Alandi Road to the nearby Pratik Nagar Chowk. 

This is in response to the upcoming construction of a new flyover and grade separator at the intersection, which aims to solve the ongoing traffic congestion in the area.

The construction project is expected to alleviate traffic issues for various areas including Dhanori, Lohegaon, Vidyanagar, Pune-Alandi Road, and Airport Road. 

The goal of these infrastructure modifications is to improve traffic management, enhance pedestrian convenience, and establish a more efficient transportation system in these specific regions.
