Pune : PMC to auction properties due to non-payment of property tax

On 5th February 2024, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is set to auction properties which have not paid arrears of property tax.
As per further information from the X handle of PMC “All the property holders are requested to take note of this notice. Visit PMC’s website http://propertytax.punecorporation.org to know more about the auction process!”
The tweet further continues “Important notice for property holders! The PMC Tax Department is conducting an auction of the properties which haven’t paid outstanding arrears on property tax. These properties will be auctioned online. The first auction will be held on 5.02.2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
