Pune Pulse Impact: Ambulance & emergency towing vehicle now deployed at Borgaon Toll Plaza

Pune: On November 15, Pune Pulse reported about the absence of emergency service vehicles like ambulances etc at Borgaon Toll Plaza in Kavathe Mahankal, Miraj, Sangli District –

Taking note of it, an ambulance & an emergency towing van have now been deployed at Borgaon Toll Plaza.

As per information shared by senior journalist Nitin Upadhye, who informed Pune Pulse about the incident, an ambulance & an emergency towing van have been deployed at Borgaon Toll Plaza.

Ambulance is a primary requirement at any social place such as toll nakas and more. However, there was no ambulance at Borgaon Toll Plaza. A terrible accident took place near the toll naka in which 3 people suffered critical injuries which led to their deaths. Due to the absence of an ambulance at the Borgaon toll naka, they couldn’t be given medical attention on time and died. It is worth to note that some passersby arranged for an ambulance to send them to the hospital but the efforts went in vain.

Everyone passing from Borgaon Toll Plaza will receive immediate medical assistance if required as an ambulance & emergency towing van have been deployed at the Toll Plaza.
