Saraswati Puja held in Pimple Saudagar
Last year, due to COVID19 outbreak the Durga Puja was held virtually by Oikyatan Bangiya Parishad. The traumatic year is finally becoming a memory that people want to forget, and as a result of which various programs are being taken place in the country to bring life back to normalcy.
Oikyatan Bangiya Parishad took this opportunity to kickstart the year with Saraswati puja festival at Kapse Lawns in Pimple Saudagar, mainly to bring back people close to each other after traumatic lockdown.

Biswajit Saha, while talking to Pune Pulse said, “This year, we decided to celebrate Saraswati Puja on two days (February 16 & 17) to mark the occassion amid the unlock phase. This festival we organised followed all the COVID19 norms prescribed by the government. At least, we were able to start with something after celebrating it virtually last year. Hoping the next year we will gather with no COVID19 to restrict the spirit of the festival.”
