Satara, March 31, 2026: The Maharashtra State Tourism Department, in collaboration with the Satara district administration, will organise the Koyna-Daulat Hill Tourism Festival 2026 from April 2 to April 6 at Daulatnagar, Marali in Patan taluka of Satara district.
The festival is being organised under the guidance of Maharashtra State Tourism, Mining and Ex-Servicemen Welfare Minister Shambhuraj Desai, with the aim of promoting tourism in the scenic Koyna region.
A wide range of activities has been planned for visitors during the festival, including adventure and recreational events such as paragliding and boating, along with a food festival, weapons exhibition, and displays by agriculture, livestock, and women’s self-help groups. A funfair will also be part of the attractions.
The cultural programme lineup includes traditional powada performances by renowned folk artists, bhajan group competitions, brass band performances, and modern attractions such as laser and drone shows. A Lavani festival and special performances featuring prominent artists from the Marathi film industry are also scheduled.
Deputy Director of the Tourism Directorate, Bharat Langhi, has appealed to tourists and citizens to attend the festival in large numbers and take advantage of the diverse attractions on offer.
