Bhausaheb Bhoir Gains Strong Support As Anant Korhale Joins His Election Campaign
Anant Korhale, the Shiv Sena (UBT) Assembly head and former corporator in Chinchwad, has announced his support for independent candidate Bhausaheb Bhoir. In a strong show of commitment, Korhale has provided Bhoir with his own public outreach office in Kakade Park, Chinchwad, to serve as Bhoir’s central campaign office for the election. Korhale shared this announcement during a press conference, revealing that the office inauguration is set for Tuesday, November 12, at 5:00 PM.
The support from Bhoir has intensified the competition in Chinchwad, with the political tides appearing to shift. As the largest constituency in Pune district, home to nearly 700,000 voters, Chinchwad is now a focal point for Bhoir’s robust campaign efforts. With over three decades of political experience and a vast network of local connections, Bhoir is gaining substantial backing.
Endorsements from organizations like “All India Friends Circle,” the Sakal Dhangar Samaj, the Sakal Matang Samaj, and now from Shiv Sena (Thackeray faction) leader Anant Korhale have propelled Bhoir’s campaign to new heights. Political analysts anticipate significant developments in the coming days. When asked about his progress, Bhoir confidently stated, “I am in this race to win. Chinchwad’s next MLA will be one of our own, and our campaign has already made great strides.”
Korhale explained his support, saying, “Bhausaheb Bhoir is not only my mentor in politics but also like an elder brother to me. For over a decade, he has stood by me, offering unwavering support and invaluable guidance. Although I am with Shiv Sena, this is a personal decision to support an independent candidate, Bhausaheb Bhoir. As a resident of Chinchwad, my family and I, along with other locals, believe we need a representative from our community. Therefore, today, I publicly extend my full support to Bhausaheb Bhoir.”
